Corn Tchap is originally a dish of western Cameroon. It is rich in proteins and consists of a combination of maize corn and red beans.
Kondre, a traditional dish from the West Region of Cameroon, more precisely Bafang, is as authentic as they come. For the Bamilikes of old, Kondre was a ceremonial dish usually reserved for grande and significant events such as traditional weddings, baby welcoming (born-house) and funerals. Kondre is prepared with plantain and either goat, pork or chicken.
